Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our servers, or any connected systems.

Consultations & Quotes

Initial in-home consultations are complimentary and do not create a binding contract. Pricing provided during or after a consultation is an estimate based on the scope discussed; final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or order agreement signed by both parties.

Orders, Deposits & Custom Work

All custom drapery, upholstery, window treatments, and related products are made-to-order. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed proposal and the required deposit. Because each order is fabricated to your specifications:

• Deposits are non-refundable once fabrication has begun.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after production starts.
• Lead times are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability or shipping delays.

Measurements & Installation

When we measure and install, we stand behind the fit of our work. If a client provides their own measurements or alters site conditions after we have measured (for example, after window replacement or trim changes), CFC is not responsible for resulting fit issues.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance of each order is due upon completion of installation. Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by Florida law.

Warranties

Manufactured products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties (Hunter Douglas, Norman, Graber, Kravet, Stout, and other authorized partners). Our workmanship on custom drapery, upholstery, and installation is backed by our own guarantee. Warranties do not cover normal wear, sun damage, improper cleaning, accidents, or modifications made after installation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photography, designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of Custom Fabric Creations LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Fabric Creations LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law
